Kylian Mbappe is a name that needs no introduction in the world of football. The French footballer is widely regarded as one of the best players of his generation, is already being compared to legends of the game like Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.

Born on December 20, 1998, in the Parisian suburb of Bondy, Kylian Mbappe developed an early love for football. He was just six years old when he joined the local youth team AS Bondy. Where his talent was quickly noticed by his coaches.

In his first full season with PSG, Mbappe helped the team win the domestic treble – the Ligue 1 title. The Coupe de France, and the Coupe de la Ligue. He also secured the Ligue 1 Young Player of the Year award and earned a place in the UEFA Champions League Squad of the Season.

The following season, Mbappe continued his impressive form, scoring 33 goals in all competitions. And helping PSG reach the quarter-finals of the Champions League. He also played a key role in France’s World Cup victory in 2018. He scored four goals in the tournament and earned the title of Best Young Player of the tournament.

Mbappe success on the field has not gone unnoticed. He has attracted interest from some of the biggest football clubs in the world. In 2017, there were links connecting him to a move to Real Madrid. In 2019, he found himself linked once more to the Spanish giants, along with Liverpool and Manchester City.

Despite the interest from other clubs, Mbappe has remained loyal to PSG. Signing a contract extension in 2021 that will keep him at the club until 2022. He has continued to perform at the highest level, & in the 2020-21 season, he scored 42 goals in all competitions. Helping PSG reach the semi-finals of the Champions League.

Mbappe playing style is characterized by his speed, skill, and precision. He is a versatile forward who can play in multiple positions, including as a center-forward, a winger, or a second striker. He earns recognition for his capacity to score goals from any position on the field, and his agility and swift footwork transform him into a defender’s worst nightmare.

He actively participates in charitable endeavors, generously donating a substantial portion of his earnings to various charitable causes. Including to the charity that supports the hospital where he was born.
